Only 2 things were considered...
1) What does the county require?
2) What does the buyer want?

"you talk about solar daily online."
I do, and wind, tide, water, geothermal (my dark-time source), and, sometimes, biomass. We require our utilities to be at 33% renewable by 2020, and solar will be a big part of that. That is 33% of the power they make or purchase; it doesn't count the electricity from homeowners or businesses, and it doesn't count big hydropower.
