I'm under the impression CMVT is the one "tanking" as opposed to BSN.
BSN's recent earnings report was very solid.

Wakefield, MA, November 18, 1997 Boston Technology, Inc. (NYSE:BSN), a global provider of voice and Internet messaging systems and services for the telecommunications industry, today reported revenues increased 30% to $68.6 million in the third fiscal quarter ended October 31, 1997, compared to revenues of $52.8 million for the same period last year. Earnings per share for the period increased 67% to $0.25, compared to earnings per share of $0.15 in the third quarter of fiscal 1997.

I agree a no vote would loosen up both stocks BUT it's not going to happen.
We are stuck together.
