NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS - Dec 31... I think this may have been the cause, it appears much in the prefered shareholders interest to drive the price down, especially if it rebounds. Please check it out and comment. I still haven't read the whole thing. edgar-online.com
