I personally think the merger would be a major advantage for both TLS
and ERSI. They will have a larger combined market share, more cash reserves available for R&D. Higher market exposure through ERSI (ERSI has been awarded for high growth in it's native state). It looks good from here, I don't understand why the market has been bringing down TLS. Maybe I'm missing something, or maybe not.
