Srivaths - from the PR, there is no mentioning. Being a lawsuit prone society, I am not surprised if it is initiated by the lawyers. Wouldn't it be funny if they are still looking for plainiffs?

Yes, in the PR, it is said it is subject to shr holders (of both cos) approvals, but my guesses are that since both have the blessing of the respective boards, they may have already had enough headcounts --- unless there is a counter offer initiated and the boards subject to fudicuary duties to (pretend to) examine the counteroffer and recommend the findings to the shr holders.

From the way it looks for now, IMHO, like it or not, the suit is indeed without merit and the merger will proceed.
