CPQ or HWP would be good buyer. if there is to be a buyer. Personally I think HWP would be wonderful. They are struggling in the PC business, make great machine but are battling dell, cpq, IBM, MUEI, Acer, Gateway, Packard Bell, etc etc. HWP is a quality company that runs things well. Cannot conceive of DELL buying MUEI. Also, I am having trouble following the conversation about digital tv replacing computers. I think that computers will be computers and tvs will be tvs, no matter what Malone and other try to do., Look at Kodak with their digital photography, poured ton of money into it, and it really is not catching on. people like to take their film in and get the pictures back. I am in MUEI, have bot 3 muei computers, think that they and dell are equal in computers, but no comparison in marketing, (unfortunately). Larry |
