RE: Oversold Market. BPP, I agree that BORL is oversold. Most of my favorites seem to be quite oversold. Last week I shifted almost my entire portfolio into IOM. Fortunately, it's holding up considerably better than most. I got your e-mail and have a response for you, but I won't be able to send it until tonight.
