Ordinarily, it's not a good sign when an insider sells after the stock has declined. Moreover, if they are going to have a blow out quarter as some suggest, why not wait [no pun intended] for 30 days. But what I find curious is the origin of all those whispers about the quarter which drove up the price of the stock recently. Whoever posted that the lawsuits will be coming thick and fast if they don't make their numbers is on target and I'll be leading the way [I'm a lawyer and I start the occasional action]. I thought last quarter's press release was bs but this would be even more prime. What nerve if he did that. You almost have to admire the guy!
