Chris Matthews even goes so far as to say Obama is creating his own universe, in a solipsistic manner, where he ignores the reality of the world collapsing around us. The real news from this speech is that Obama is abandoning foreign policy because it’s a disaster, and he’s just going to pretend everything is fine.
