I just got off the phone with the new CFO, Walt. I called GJ today, and to his credit he was in a board meeting so he had Walt call me back. Walt was very stright talking and candid, which is quite a change from the non-talk out of the old S3. I asked him about the patent issue with Crus, his reply was S3 has not disclosed any such issue as of yet, however it is almost a daily event for S3 to be advised by someone that they may have a patent issue. So he was kinda laid back about it. The bad news: there will be some repricing of options. The good news: there won't be any repricing for GJ or the board of Dir. I have to go more later.
