Why do you think the drop in oil price will be short term??? Because I've seen it happen over and over and over.

I would love to see the Koch's lose some of their money. And that destructive animosity is what's driving your opinion.


btw, on whose land (who will pay for it) will the pipeline be built Pipelines are built across land all over the country. Usually pipeline companies reach agreement with landowners and compensate the landowners whose land they cross. In the event of landowners who refuse to negotiate, they can invoke eminent domain which is governed by state laws. In those cases, a state or county commission will determine the amount to be paid to the landowner.

and tell me again why it has to be built on US territory... Look at a map. And remember about half of America's refinery capacity is concentrated in the Gulf coast area (TX & LA). The rest is spread all over.
