I am not suggesting that at all. The roads have to have permits before any construction could begin. They would not receive permitting for at least 18 months to 2 years if they were applied for immediately. Then they have to move things in before construction could begin. So 2017 would be the earliest time frame to start. I do not expect it that soon.
Big Generators and some of the other equipment that was used during the previous construction period back in 07. Were sold in a Ritchie Bros auction in Prince George after the project was put on hold. That would have to all be put back in place.
I have personal pictures of this Chopper at the staging site among some other photos. But I thought the following URL may better reflect just how extensive the cost of building the road is. It is not simple or cheap as was implied. This Heli was also going to lift and set the bridge in place. Lots of re prepping before any construction. Then a year or two to build a road before mine building equipment can be moved in.
