Sorry but your explanation has already been countered by my pointing out that the bully heat has to cross more land to get across Alaska than it does to get to the South Pole. You previously said that the bully heat jumps over Alaska to get to the Arctic Ocean. Jumping from the coast of Antarctica to the South Pole is a smaller jump.

Antarctica is a continent and the North Pole is in a sea. Remember, cyclonic storms move across water and then breakup when the go over land (they are powered by warm water evaporation). There is water at the north pole so the storms can enter and move until they run out of energy ...........
