The co's Luoxis Diagnostics subsidiary announced it has secured long-term agreements with European distributors Eurobio, Una Health Limited, and THP Medical, to offer Luoxis' RedoxSYS Diagnostic System to prominent academic and pharma-based research centers within their respective territories.
Under the terms of the agreements, Eurobio was granted territorial rights to offer RedoxSYS to institutions based in France and Switzerland, while Una Health Limited and THP Medical were granted territorial rights to the United Kingdom and Austria, respectively.
