Magnum Hunter (MHR) -- I took a quick look at this and "tried" listening to their CC. I gave up on the CC when they were about 20 minutes in and still had yet to address the elephant in the room (i.e. their dire financial position) and then they put on their operations guy to tout all their great recent success in the field. From my quick look at the financials I see a company that, for 3Q of last year, did not have sufficient cash flow to meet all of their fixed charges (i.e. interest expense plus dividends). I realize production is ramping up significantly but I note that in spite of a healthy increase in revenue from 3Q to 4Q last year and from 4Q to 1Q this year, analysts are still expecting the quarterly loss per share to increase from $.16 in 3Q of last year to $.22 in 4Q and then to $.26 in 1Q of this year. Not sure how much longer this company will be able to survive with these kind of numbers in its future. What am I missing here folks?
