Apparently Isis wants to have a million Japanese eliminating anything that looks like Isis. But you'd have to wonder why those two Japanese would have gone to a festering swamp of crocodiles anyway. That's like sailing to Brazil and mooring in the Amazon river where Barbarians lurk, waiting to shoot you in the back.

I'd say to Isis "Release them now and pay $100 million compensation to the family of the murdered one if he is not returned, or you will have a very impressive Isis elimination force arrive from Japan to eliminate anything which looks like Isis. You have 72 hours to think about it, then we will pay the Americans $1 billion for some Predator strikes in a place close to you. Then you will need a Japanese phrase book to explain in Japanese why you are not part of Isis to the Japanese soldiers who will be looking for them."
