To All , Hello every one and Happy Holidays.I have been absent but I hope not forgotten.No Im not Franco<G> I have not been able to read the last 1000 posts since my last post but I would like to comment on the 144 restricted Share issue and payment in liue of Cash .What is the Differnce .Really none if a co. or persons is willing to accept the restricted Shares at a set price instead of the Cash it really doesnt affect anything .The bottom line is still the bottom line .Time constraints are in effect but once removed the stock is still the stock.Weather they are exercised at one price or the co or person holds them for another price better or worse it realy makes no difference as I understand it.I believe a Guaranted price on a restricted stock is in effect a cash payment no matter how you look at it.Time seems to be the only limiting factor.Also if some one is willing to take restricted shares then they must feel pretty confident or at the least not be worried about a cash payment immediatly.As far as I know exercised shares for payment of sevices is very common and done in companys no matter how big or small .Most of the insider trading activity in a lot of co,s is related to payments of servces regardless of what they are.This issue does not worry me in the least.Nice to be here and will see you all later.
