Regarding your "short" question: A UPC71 was triggered yesterday,it means that anyone now shorting has to deliver in 10 days,and that there is atleast .005% of the shares otsdg currently short.(125,000)
A large holder may have dumped,it could be the holders of one of the convertibles looking to convert into common so prior to conversion he puts the pressure on the stock since his conversion price is at a discount to the average bid price five days prior to conversion date.
What ever the reason,look to the facts.The company did atleast 7.5mm in rev,they sold Dorotech,they have been reducing their loss,they retired 6.5mm in debt,they netted 900m on the sale,
It's been my experience that when the price of a certain stock trades down not in reflection to the fundemental growth of a company,people start reacting out of emotion.The street can't overlook this turnaround forever.Keep your eye on the ball Findlay,all will be well.
