Having been a lead analyst on several big software projects, they are not always late, late, late! I've had two now that have been on time and on budget.

The year 2000 projects are not difficult at all just big, I have been on many projects that are far more complex and with great success.

We currently are on schedule for our year 2000 work, in fact I just pulled one of the programmers off to work on a non 2000 project, we have 500 people in our IS department.
