In any case... it looks like the years long open-ended risk in the DEQ nightmare is nearly over for TLR and their JV partners.

I'd have to dig back through the old posts to find it... but it seems to me that I'd posted quite a while back... that you should probably not accept the DEQ's advertised time lines at face value... and should probably add at least another year to 18 months to the projected time lines... just to account for bureaucratic orneriness in foot-dragging, even without expecting any real issues would pop up to create any real reason for concern with the outcome in terms of impacts any reasonable person would care about...

One obvious change I see that should be required... is that on every entry of the DEQ webpage, they should be required to post the official "start date" on each process... with the requirements of the law and the date at which the DEQ is required to have resolved their concerns... along with the dates on which the process was actually finally resolved in the award of a permit....
