Over the past two to three weeks I have received calls from an individual at DHMG claiming that they are filing for NASDQ listing, they have hired a reputable firm to market the stock, and that the price will go back to the 20's very soon. They also seem to exert pressure to buy now because some "big buying will take place later today". The low PE was brought to my attention and the reason was given that a MM had a large short position in the stock. During this time period I have watched the stock go from 7 to 4 and back to 6. I am extremely leary of these cold calls. To me it indicates a certain level of desparation (ie. no one from MSFT ever called me hawking their stock). Can you give me a synopsis of what is going on?
