Weren't no trick. I'm not trying to trumpet my sensitivity, penni, I promise. But really penni. We Three Kings, while politically incorrect ("monarchs"? "potentates"? not much of a ring you must admit), is only half sung in a minor key. I mean, "Star of Wonder" etc. is as major as you can get, right? And goodness, no minor key carols at all? A blanket ban? Pshaw. And again, Pshaw. Although again politically incorrect, one of my faves is God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen which is much more meticulously minor than Kings. So there.
