Anybody who doesn't take all company press releases (all companies, not just this one) with a grain of salt is too gullible for words and deserves what they get. I am in the hole on WDC too, but I can only blame it on my own faulty financial analysis, not mis-leading press releases. The only ones who make any money off these stockholder suits are the slime-ball lawyers. In the mean time the suits act as a distraction to managment making it more difficult to fix the company's problems. A real lose-lose situation.
