Fair enough....it's certainly a side of capitalism that needs to be worked on and improved. Too many hide behind the rules and fleece others based on the current rules. It seems to me that the "recovery process" is where the largest improvements could be made. Allowing someone to totally write off their debt and then make a fortune in the future, without any responsibility to make whole those people who could still use the recovery of their lost money, well, that's an area that should be looked at.
