However, you really need to look at the entire world, not the east coast of the US.
The predictions were made by Americans predicting more hurricanes in America.

That didn't come true, so now you change the story and say, "Look at the Pacific!"

Which doesn't pan out, either, since I haven't seen too many reports of major tsunamis in recent years, other than what's normal for that region.

Like I said, it's all about hindsight. When the outcome doesn't match the prediction, you then change the story and say, "I knew it all along!"

What a bunch of B.S.
