But it is clear and it has been published by multiple sources that the escalation of health care costs has slowed...partly because of the recession we went through and perhaps partly because of ACA.

The slowing of the escalation happened before ObamaCare (at least the "Care" portion of it) kicked in.

I'm pretty sure in the next few years we'll see those health care costs climb back up at rates never seen before.

Higher demand for limited supply tends to do that.

It's not going to be pretty for Obama and his legacy. All he can do is point to the number of uninsured, which has unarguably gone down due to ObamaCare.
