Yes, it looks like one, but until the neckline is penetrated, I wouldn't say the pattern is true and complete... you also might want to look at the MACD pattern just below that chart... it's a bit over bought right here... so, it could back down or run right through... I think it could be questionable where it is right now, we'll know better tomorrow... GZ
