Price action: I'm guessing this is options settlement related - we've been triple witching with little swings lately, people are closing early. And with Xmas next week, all the more reason. Overall its following the market. 40 will be tough to break again, last time we needed a major push provided by earnings. Looks down to me - of course, everything looks down. Greg
