Frank,

The good news makes the bad news not so bad since it suggests only the
lower and middle echelon will see their options repriced.

I think it is highly appropriate since they had likely little influence
on some of the management decisions taken.

It is important to retain the brains that make the company run. Since
the company is highly undervalued it is very clear that they stand to
reap a great benefit from their continued efforts.

This is definitely a great morale booster and may help to get new products
on the market earlier than anticipated.

This is a good shot in the arm from which we all stand to benefit.

That management and the Board are excluded is equally appropriate. Ultimately
they will benefit as well from this wise move.

Look for the stock to continue to recover. I dare to predict that we have
seen the low.

Onward and UPWARD
