I think INTCs close below 70 today is negative for the whole tech sector.

Its obvious that there is no ASND buyout by LU and we are stuck until the street can be convinced that this is a growth company going foward. I've become more nervous because no analyst has upgraded the company based on valuation which makes me think they may be afraid of more bad news coming out on the company.

I am also concerned about the class action suits. I noticed that another was filed today. Four big firms filing indepently makes me think that perhaps there is a good case against management. Also I wonder if this threat of litigation is compromising the company's ability to sell itself at a decent price.
