When is the spin-off from WMS supposed to happen? Would it make sense now to sell MWY and buy WMS to replace it? (Assume commissions of $8 per trade on AmeriTrade). Also, why is the stock down? It was downgraded to "lt attractive" on no new news at all. Justin
