It looks like manufactures are going to cool their jets on larger wafers and... go with higher line density instead. Cymer said that an over supply of chips was a positive for them in 1995-1996. It pushed the industry to higher lines to increase falling profits. Is that true today? We'll hafto wait and see... techweb.cmp.com Aloha
