Once again, I'm on my way out the door, but wanted to add, <S3 is insured against potential damages from the CRUS law suit. Thus it is not a big deal, unless an award of silly proportioins is made. Not likely. > S3 is also insured for any pending lawsuits unless they can prove fraud. S3 deducible is a mere $250,000. So even if they were to lose(except in the case of fraud)it would only take 250K off the balance sheet. more later.
