I will try to look at them this weekend when I have more time. It does look like it is in the early stages of establishing a bottom right now.



Looks like they are not cashflow positive at this time if the yahoo profile is correct.

Typically for tech buyouts they want minimum product overlap, growing sales and revenues even if they are not cash flow positive and some sort of technology advantage that is defendable. A startup with a green field target markets and a first move advantage would be a starting place but without some sort of defendable technology advantage the take out premium would be low.

ORCL and SAP are in mature buinesses so they are looking for new growth markets. Buying a start up is usually part of a strategy to enter a new market they do not have a presence in. ORCL and SAP usually do not buy small market company like CSCO though if my memory serves me right.
