On major projects, yes. There is no reason to do otherwise at this point. The people who use this "infrastructure" you go on about are the people who ought to pay for it. I don't use it, I shouldn't pay for it. If I start using it tomorrow, I should pay for it.

It isn't complicated. The people who benefit ought to be the people who pay for it then.


But what about all the rest of the streets and roads. If there are no tolls, who pays for them?
