There is still gentrification everywhere in this country because we live under a capitalist economy.
The whole world lives under a capitalist economy. Even Greece, as their newly elected leftist leaders will soon figure out.

Saying that gentrification happens in a capitalist economy is like saying the globe is warming because of the sun. Duh.

So given that gentrification still happens, even in liberal meccas like SF, NYC, and D.C., what does that say about liberal wealth redistribution? Does it work, given that it hasn't worked for decades?

Liberal wealth redistribution, like many myths, is one perpetuated by Rs in order to get white Americans and white American wannabees to vote for them. I thought even a techtard like you would know that. SMH.
