payout ratio looks bad, is that what you see?

The research reports say CPLP dividend converage is about 1.3x, and should get better as new boats get chartered at higher rates. Something like that. The measurement is surplus operating cash, not net income.

I don't follow that closely, but the coverage seemingly is not a problem.
