Blasher, I lost 54 lbs from 264lbs a year ago now down to 202.....and 40" waist from a 42+... My way is Calorie counting and lo-carbs...I try to maintain a 1200 to 1400 calorie intake per 24hrs... It worked for me, took a year tho... Chas
