First post for this forum... Just last night I Geo Foremaned 2 9oz NY strips, about 1/2" tk, together on a Medium sized GF Grille, filled it up.... Let the steaks sit out for 1/2 hour to appx. room temperature... Trimmed all fat away... Preheated GF for 6 minutes with top down... Placed steaks in the GF & Cooked for 6 to 7 minutes... Result was Medium Rare, Pink Middle and delicious and Tender... Steaks on sale at Krogers for $8.00 each... Chas
