I really wish I had been wrong about what could happen to NXTL today. The worst part about it, I wasn't able to capitalize on the reversal. In between long on NXTL their are some times predictable dips in the stock. I noticed the last three quarters each behaving differently. The behavior curve of the new causious invester is becoming part of many of us. How might we develop a strategy to benifit from it? Short term we can expect smaller run ups. Pick a target price to pull the triger. Not one that you "HOPE" for, one that is a less than what you think others want. My reasoning, we can't alter the effects that large stock movements have on the price. For short term profits with out the benifit of constant real time quotes, then my goals are line of sight. Their Based on the last couple of weeks of performance. If you don't see daylight in this plan then cost averaging is a middle road performer. Your right about people not relaxing enough.Think about events and extremes your life has been through. I bet the $40 in my pocket you feel prode of the inner strength those experiences produced. Now that you know where they are, you can access them at will. PHG
