Is it really that unfathomable to believe Seymour would tell friends and family he is concerned about EB2 because of it's shape when he is on record saying he is "hopeful" they will have success?

His quote:

He is expressing optimism with a little concern, that is normal and expected. Yet many can not accept that this ever happened or that he would show even one shred of doubt.
