Todd et al

I received my quarterly update from Templeton today (quarter ended Oct 31). There was a comment from the manager of the Templeton Growth Fund, Mark Holowesko regarding Titanium Metals. He stated "New additions to the fund include Titanium Metals Corp....As a maker of an
important aerospace component, Titanium Metals should should benefit from growing demand for commercial aircraft."

I should note that Templeton is a value buyer and has a 3-5 year time horizon. The stock is attractive if you follow this guidline.

Cheers

Tony
