From what I can get out of proxy filings the officers and directors hold about 1,000,000 shs. Cozean has about 300,000 but also options for another 700,000. I saw an exercise price of $6.1 per PLSIA share for some of these so I'm sure she has quite an incentive to help get the stock to higher prices. Most shares are in the float so we see pretty good volume usually (200,000 shs/day). Heavy volume in the last hour of 200,000 shs were largely buys today and drove the price from 7 3/4 to 8 1/2. Looks very encouraging. Maybe somebody knows something or an important announcement is imminent. I DON'T KNOW but technical behavior was very good in last hour.
