Sadly, this was entirely obvious from the day they bought the AZ properties and is part of the reason why the stock has lost so much ground. SC, even though it is clearly not going anywhere quickly, at least was not costing them much beyond a skeleton staff to hold.

The next funding is coming. Now you have an idea of how much it will be, plus Eaglehead, plus any other properties they buy (as per the Company literature), plus G+A.
