They need to hold Obama to account for the law and while he'll veto it, it is important to show voters who has been the "party of 'no'" all along. They should take every opportunity to drive home the point that the Democrats have been the intransigents here, not the Republicans. The more informed voters know this already, but there are still a large number of politically ignorant people who need to see this play out.
