I cannot access my gmail on the new computer.WHAT IS an SMS code and where does one find it.Google keeps sending me one and it does not come up.

I am completely lost between these two computers. I am on the Vista now.. The old computer.

I had to enter a new telephone number with Google as they had the old one in NC . I did that and then they asked for an SMS number or Code. Where do I find that number as every time I enter the new phone number it says enter the code. Invalid...
