Is it possible as the Company appears to be a private entity and those shares are now property of Bay Fortune Resources Inc. . No longer that of Smith the insider who has legally reported the dispersal. I would suggest , any resale of those shares by BFI, Either all or in part should no longer be considered Insider Trading and be exempt from future reporting requirements. Especially so if he is not the sole owner and there is one or more partners in BFI. who are not insiders. Then all business transacted within the company would be deemed private, Reporting non insiders business would I think, be an infringement on their privacy rights. Not ?
