Gottfried, I tried to get her to change Windows 7 to the “Classic” Windows Theme.
I doubt that I was successful and I was corrected to a simpler procedure.
My thinking was that the “Classic” Theme would make Win 7 more familiar to her eyes. My same suggestion to an octogenarian gent on ihub got him going and going.

In reading some of her later posts more or less detailing some of her Vista's keyboard and mouse shortcuts, the theme change might help a little but certainly not a lot.

Dunno what to suggest from here.
Well I could but her Win 7 machine ain't gonna work like her Vista unless she can get someone to customize it the same way.
