IBH owners know that it's European licensee is Kronospan, one of the largest OSB manufacturers in the world. Kronospan has recently started selling the product ECO pyrotite, which results in licensing revenues to IBH.


This article below appears to be referring to the construction of a new plant that will produce more OSB products, including the ECO pyrotite product. I think the next reporting will come out around mid February and I'll be reading it w/ great interest the licensing revenues from Kronospan.



15/11/2014 -The Kronospan Group plans to invest € 2014 and 2015 a total of around 40 million in the years centered on Jihlava / Czech Republic . In addition to the already completed installation of a third treatment train for the OSB plant including the construction of a production plant for marketed under the name " OSB Pyrotite Eco" flame-resistant OSB is planned. With a special applied to both sides surface treatment in which, among other things, a fireproofing material magnesium-based and a fiberglass mat are used, the OSB Pyrotite Eco - plates reach the fire protection class B -s1 , d0 (according to EN 13501-1 ) . In fiscal 2013, Kronospan had invested in Jihlava approximately € 12 million . The current production capacity of the Czech Kronospan plant was coated during a visit of shareholders of the timber trade cooperation wooden ring with 1.1 million m³ Particle Board, 24 million m² plates indicated 2.5m rm postforming plates and 670,000 m³ of OSB .
