Well, that guy has the dynamics of ACA price control measures down pat; but he forgot to impose any new taxes while he was at it, and he definitely owed the store owner a beating for not stocking some item he thought should be carried (maybe for not having a dispenser of free morning after pills). So, very accurate in its way, but not by any means a complete picture of the way ACA works.
